The Unterhölzlhof is what can be defined a “bio-farm” as we always avoid using chemical fertilizers in our farming activities. For this reason all products derived from our activities are absolutely biological and do not contain chemical agents.
Due to and thanks to the small size of our enterprise compared to modern times, we are able to be very versatile. We breed 5 dairy cows, a bull and some young cows, a couple of pigs, goats, turkeys and other small domestic animals such as chickens, rabbits and cats. In our fields we grow corn, potatoes, vegetables and fodder for our animals.
To delight our guests we offer following products made directly by us:

Spelt is an ancient grain, a "grandparent" of modern wheat. Spelt contains up to 90% of silicic acid which acts positively on the organs through the skin.
